  4. Roll wrapper around filling and tuck in sides as you roll.
  5. Brush the end of the wrapper with beaten egg white on the edge of the wrapper before rolling up completely.
  6. Brush a little egg white on the outside of the seam to ensure seams are sealed.
  7. Fry in canola oil or vegetable oil on medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes in small batches. Drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite sides and dipping sauces.
