  7. 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar (cane sugar)
  8. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  9. 1 tbsp Vinegar

Steps to make to make Shiso & Chicken Thigh Sweet and Sour Saute

  1. Wash the shiso and cut into thin strips.
  2. Chop the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. Mince the onion.
